I'll tell ya what I want, what I really, really want
About the title: I listened to Weird Al's Running with Scissors (hurray for Amazon's link builder building XHTML compliant code!) yesterday, and that song is a part of "Polka Power" (track 7).
But what I want is a tool that copies URL as compliant XHTML URL's with the ampersands (this character: &) encoded correctly as &.
Calling the Firefox development team: it's a great browser, but this would make it better! Thanks! (Don't ask me if it works in IE or not, because I don't know.
