Masculinity
While Googling for a picture of an airline tray table, I found the blog of Peder E. Horner, who posted about masculinity and introspection.
Mr. Horner gets it right. We can't validate our masculinity through our jobs, our sports, our women, our cars, etc. Of course, I need to remember that with regards to the secular job that I still don't have. God will provide (Matthew 6:31-32), and I must remember that. God is faithful (I Thessalonians 5:24), and I must remember that. God will work this for my good (Romans 8:28), and I must remember that, too.
